How fast does Crown Bar Vape ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM PT ship the same business day from our Rancho Cucamonga, CA warehouse. Most US addresses receive delivery in 2–5 business days. Tracking is emailed once the carrier scans the package.
Is shipping free?
Orders of $80 or more ship free within the contiguous US. Orders under $80 are charged a flat $8.99 standard shipping fee shown at checkout. See the full shipping policy for delivery windows and any state restrictions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Crown Bar Vape currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the carrier in cash when your package arrives — no card details are collected at checkout. This protects your card information and keeps the order flow simple.
Do you ship to all US states?
We ship to most US states. A small number currently restrict flavored disposable vape sales — those will show as ineligible during checkout. We do not ship internationally.

How many puffs does the Crown Bar Ultra 25K deliver?
Up to 25,000 puffs per device, powered by an 800mAh internal battery. Real-world puff count varies with draw length and vaping mode — Boost mode runs the coil hotter and trades a little lifespan for more flavor intensity.
What's the difference between Standard mode and Boost mode?
Standard mode runs the coil at a steady, all-day power level — smoother draws, longer device lifespan. Boost mode pushes more power into the coil for richer flavor expression and a more intense draw. Switch with the side button; both modes share the same 25,000-puff e-liquid pool.
How do I adjust the airflow?
The Crown Bar Ultra 25K has 2-level adjustable airflow controlled by a slider on the base. Open it wide for a looser draw and full flavor, narrow it for a tighter draw closer to a mouth-to-lung pull.
What flavors are available?
Seven Al Fakher flavors: Blueberry Cherry, Blueberry Gum, Blueberry Lemonade, Grape Mint, Mango Pineapple, Mixed Berry and Watermelon Kiwi. Each carries the fruit-and-mint flavor craft Al Fakher built in its hookah shisha line.
What's the nicotine strength?
The Crown Bar Ultra 25K is pre-filled with 5% (50mg/mL) salt nicotine e-liquid — the standard strength across Al Fakher's disposable line.
Is the device rechargeable?
Yes — the 800mAh internal battery recharges via USB-C. The e-liquid is pre-filled and not refillable; once the e-liquid is finished, the device is at end of life.

How do I know my Crown Bar is authentic?
Crown Bar Vape is the Authorized US online store for Al Fakher Crown Bar. Every device ships factory-sealed direct from our Rancho Cucamonga warehouse. If anything looks off with the box, seal or device, email service@crownbarvape.com with photos and we'll investigate.
What's your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping). Defective devices are eligible for a free replacement within 14 days of delivery. Read the full refund & returns policy.
My device isn't producing vapor — what should I check first?
Plug it in via USB-C for at least 15 minutes. Most "dead on arrival" reports are simply a fully drained battery from shipping. If the display still doesn't light up after charging, email service@crownbarvape.com with your order number and a photo of the device base.
How old do I need to be to buy?
21+. Every visit to Crown Bar Vape requires age confirmation at the popup, and our carriers may request adult-signature ID on delivery. Underage purchases are refused and refunded.
