How do I check the status of my order?
Email service@crownbarvape.com with your order number. Orders placed before 2 PM PT ship the same business day from our Rancho Cucamonga, CA warehouse, with delivery in 2–5 business days across the contiguous US.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Crown Bar Vape currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the carrier when your package arrives. There is no online card payment at checkout — this keeps things simple and protects your card details. Orders ship from Rancho Cucamonga, CA with 2–5 day delivery.
When is shipping free?
Orders of $80 or more ship free within the contiguous US. Orders under $80 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. See the full shipping policy for delivery windows and restricted states.
Device Help & Authenticity
My device isn't producing vapor — what should I check first?
Plug it in via USB-C for at least 15 minutes — most "dead on arrival" reports are simply a fully drained battery from shipping. If the display still doesn't light up after charging, contact service@crownbarvape.com with your order number and a photo of the device base; defective units are replaced within 14 days.
How do I know my Crown Bar device is authentic?
Crown Bar Vape is the Authorized US Online Store for Al Fakher Crown Bar disposables. Every device shipped from our Rancho Cucamonga warehouse is 100% authentic. If you have any concerns about authenticity, email service@crownbarvape.com with photos of the box and device.

What is your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping). Defective devices are eligible for a free replacement within 14 days of delivery. Read the full refund & returns policy for the step-by-step process.
Shipping & Customer Service
Do you ship to all US states?
We ship to most US states from our Rancho Cucamonga, CA warehouse. A small number of states currently restrict flavored disposable vape sales — those will show as ineligible during checkout. We do not ship internationally. The shipping policy lists current state restrictions and delivery windows.
