Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM PST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, new product launches), processing may take up to 2 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear in the tracking system — this is standard for USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Here is how it works:

- First scan delay — Tracking links may take up to 24 hours after shipment to show the first carrier scan. This is normal.
- Track online — Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com or the carrier's tracking page).
- No updates after 5 days? — Contact [email protected] with the order number for assistance.
Age Verification (21+)
Federal and state law require age verification for all nicotine product purchases. Crown Bar Vape uses an automated age verification system at checkout:
- Most customers are verified automatically using the name, address, and date of birth provided at checkout.
- If automatic verification fails, you will be contacted via email to provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID.
- Orders cannot ship until age verification is completed. Unverified orders may be cancelled after 7 days.
Shipping Restrictions
Crown Bar Vape currently ships within the United States only. The following restrictions apply:
- No international shipping — Orders cannot be shipped outside the US at this time.
- P.O. Boxes — Delivery to P.O. Boxes may be limited depending on the carrier. A physical street address is recommended.
- APO/FPO addresses — Military addresses may not be serviceable by all carriers. Contact support before ordering.
- State restrictions — Some US states restrict shipping of nicotine products. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to state regulations, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Damaged in transit — Contact [email protected] within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
- Lost packages — If tracking shows "delivered" but the package was not received, check with neighbors and the local post office first. Then contact support with the order number.
- Wrong item received — Contact support within 48 hours with a photo. A correct replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Since most orders ship within 24 hours, changes or cancellations must be requested quickly:
- Before shipment — Email [email protected] with the order number. If the order has not shipped, it can be modified or cancelled for a full refund.
